This guy should have known he was going to get caught.....

I don't think that Ray Charles had the African-American "gentleman" (pictured above) in mind when he wrote the hit song, "Hit the Road, Jack." Jack Rhodes, the man in question, is allegedly the assailant that raised the ire of many New York City residents, who were appalled that he struck a 101-year-old woman. Here is more on this story as reported by today's Daily News:

Accused granny-basher Jack Rhodes is still getting special treatment from city correction officials worried about his safety.

Although he was finally transferred to Rikers Island from a private cell at a Queens stationhouse, authorities are still keeping Rhodes away from the general prison population, officials told the Daily News.

The 44-year-old homeless man is accused of violently mugging both 101-year-old Rose Morat and octogenarian Solange Elizee on March 4.

A police source said Rhodes was initially kept in a private cell because plenty of prisoners "would like to take a pop at him."

Cosby's "poundcake" analogy seems to be more and more cryptic...but of course, he's senile and out of touch.....right.
