Is Sharpton channeling Cosby? Let's not get crazy....

It appears that Sharpton may be taking cues from Dr. Cosby (you know I'm joking right?) and recently held a press conference in which he is proposing a rally to protest Tony Yayo's (of G-Unit fame) accosting of a 14-year-old child. I did an entry on this incident a few days ago and perhaps we have finally reached a point where there is no other alternative but to address the insanity. The major media has been conspicuously absent from Sharpton's efforts, perhaps because it does appear to be an intraracial matter. However, can we take Reverend Soul Glow's endeavor and go several steps further demanding that radio stations refrain from playing G-unit music? Or perhaps implement a rally that includes all of G-Unit and not just Tony Yayo? Or am I asking too much? Mind you, Russell Simmons publicly stated that he doesn't want to get involved. Folks, this is more blatant evidence that these record execs and artists care very little for their young fanbase's psyhological and physical welfare. The alarm clock is ringing people....it's time to WAKE UP! Check the links below for more on this story.
